When this cvar is turned on, pressing any keyboard/mouse/controller buttons will display the name that the game uses for them in the BakkesMod console. If you don't use a keyboard with the layout US-ANSI, the name of some keys may seem incorrect, but that is just how the game engine processes them. For example, pressing Ü on a german keyboard will show as "Semicolon". If you wanted to bind an action to the Ü key, you'd instead have to call the bind command with

bind Semicolon your_action

Usage Edit

To turn on logging the in-game name of any pressed key in the console, open the console and type

cl_console_logkeys 1

Put 0 instead of 1, to turn it back off.
